You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You can reschedule your tour up to 48 hours in advance without any fees. If rescheduling occurs within 48 hours, a fee may apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, we will work with you to provide a full refund or a rescheduled tour date.
